Just had my first kick boxing class and I’m thoroughly impressed! I’ve been an athlete and active my entire life– ballet, track, HIIT classes at my local gym. Decided to see what kickboxing was all about. Rashawn and Mikey are great leaders; they’re patient, encouraging, knowledgable, and care about your improvement. Asked about my body type, created meal plans, etc. awesome gym!

great place to get a good workout and good training. the coaches here are very motivating and welcoming. if you’re looking for a good gym to workout and train for a good price, ZoCenter is your place.

THIS PLACE IS ABSOLUTLY A 5 STARS I WOULD OF GIVE 10 BUT THERE’S ONLY 5 HERE, WELL DESRVE IT,“I’ve been an athlete my entire life and have never been challenged like I am at ZO center, i used to go la fitness for years and had a lot of different trainners but nothing like reshawn and monika, now zo center is my new home, reshawn and monika are the best of the best, yes they work ur ass out but trust me at the end you feel sooooo good, I used to have rolls in my back by my bra area n in less than a moth they were all gone thanks to hard work n dedication 6 days per week n I will not miss an other day, oh and kids are very welcome too, so no more excuse, get up your butt n go see reshawn or monika at zo center, u… wont regreted ;) LOVE YOU GUYS

Get healthy! Get fit! Get strong! This is the place! Whatever your goals are, Rashawn and Monica will get you there. The reason for my review is FAMILY VALUES! All ages are welcome. My son, who is not athletic, actually enjoys coming to do the workouts. Rashawn always has a new workout to try, you will never get bored. Plenty of motivation to go around :)

So I found this place through groupon almost 2 years ago and have been an active member ever since! I used to work and workout at LA fitness but once I got a taste of this place… ENOUGH SAID. TRAINERS ARE AMAZING AND VERY KNOWLEDGABLE. This place is home and I’ve made quite a few friends here. I think I’ll be here for life. Want to get your ads kicked and stay motivated!!! Love love this gym! Worked out at another crossfit but didn’t like all the dead lifts! I’m not training to be professional competitor just want a good workout! There at ZoCenter there’s different workouts daily and Rashawn And Monika are just great to train with! Feels personalized yet we go at our own speed. I started really weak and after a month a half I’m so much stronger! Sometimes I just go but then get motivated by them and just get it done! I really enjoy working out here! Definitely worth every penny! Even if I haven’t dropped the weight, I know I’m stronger and feel stronger. That’s what everyone wants! Crossfit haas nothing close to this! Great gym for an total body workout. Will give u a good push no matter what level your at! 7 – 10 mon then 3 – 7 mon-​fri until 6 on Fridays also 7 and 10 am classes on sat closed Sunday’s with 4pm kids classes during the week!

I walked in to Zo Center four years ago at 310 pounds. Rashawn not only showed me how to train but supported me the entire time. With his help I lost 130 pounds and feel amazing.
Zo is the best and most open gym I ever been a part of. Everyone made me feel welcome and supported me when I first started. I been to other gyms and none of them have been like Zo.

This place rocks! I’ve been an athlete my entire life and have never been challenged like I am at ZO. With that said, this isn’t just a gym for athletes, rather it welcomes all fitness levels from competitive athletes, to military/​LE/​first responders, teenagers learning to deal with bullies, and ladies of all ages wanting to stay fit and relieve stress (does wonders for my wife) … ZO feels more like a family, with trainers Rashawn and Monika always encouraging a healthy lifestyle, as opposed to just herding people in and out like cattle; Rashawn and Monika truly care about their clients. AND, they even post their daily workouts on social media, which is of huge benefit to someone like me that routinely travels for work… Do yourself a favor and checkout a class. You’ll thank me for it.

This gym is great! Awesome trainers always motivate you and help you out with anything, if you want to work out and have fun at the same time, this is the perfect place! They make you feel like youre part of the family.

I would Have to say these guys make you feel at home during these workouts. The hardest thing I have ever done. I am going to sign up here and go again when I can walk.

I highly recommend this place for anyone who wants to lose weight, but can’t seem to get off their butts. I used to work right next door and come here during lunch to workout. The owner and co-​owners are so nice and as much as they pump you up, they will never go over their boundaries. I lost about 15 lbs in one month due to Rashawn asking me to come during my lunch time for 15 minutes for light cardio and 2 – 3 times after work for kickboxing/​yoga/​etc.
The price, service, people… amazing! I wish I didn’t move :(Thanks for all the motivation Zo Team!

My 15 year year old son has jumped from sport to sport and has had a hard time committing in the past. He absolutely LOVES everything he does at the Zo Center! Rashawn has been really great with him and in turn my son really looks up to him. Even the gym members are fantastic!

I honestly can’t say enough good things about this gym or the people that work there. They have inspired me, pushed me and have NEVER given up on me. I started at this gym almost two years ago and the first workout was anything but easy. I was doing exercises I have never done before and I have played D1 volleyball! I have had a trainer at one gym or another since I have been in Jr. High and have also joined other boxing gyms such as LA Boxing. With that being said, I have never been at a gym or with trainers that have ever pushed me to my absolute limits but at the same time, somehow, made it fun. In the time I have been there I have seen countless success stories and seen people who were way out of shape, discouraged and hated working out become completely different people. They come in week after week, day after day, try their very best and see RESULTS! The clients there are amazing. There are serious boxers, marathon runners and firefights but on the other hand, stay at home moms, career men and women and even a class for children. We all have different body types, reasons for being there and endurance levels but we encourage each other, laugh together, gang up on the trainers together :) and we ALL at the end of our HARD work out leave with the same almost «Cloud 9» mentality that we «Did It»! We pushed ourselves to our absolute limit and came out successful… no matter if we did or not the trainers always make us feel that way. The trainers will have you make a goal before every month and will try everything in their power to have you achieve that goal. So basically, if you want a gym that you will make you be the VERY best person, both mentally and physically you have ever been you need to check out Zo Center. You will I guarantee be automatically welcomed into the family… you won’t be disappointed!

ZO Center is great. The trainers challenge you and make you want to succeed. Every day is something different. We run, box, kickbox, circut training, cardio, weights and much more. You never leave unsatisfied with your workout. Rashawn and Kadeem motivate you to be the best you can be. I can’t imagine ever working out somewhere else. Within weeks you see a difference in your body and stamina. I highly recommend quitting whatever workout routine you are doing and join this gym… if not add it to your already active life. Trust me you will love it!

I Hate Cardio! I mean I cannot stand running for miles on end to improve my cardio. All I hear are my footsteps, and I just quit. I used to workout with weights, but I just wasn’t getting anywhere.
So I found this place. It uses physical strength training (which I like) in quick repetition to increase your cardio ability (the bonus). The workouts are never the same. Plus, you always have a person there helping you along, strongly encouraging you to keep going, and to try your hardest. However, they never make you feel bad, when you reach your limit. They know it is a process.
I am not going to lie to you, it is not easy. However give it 2 weeks, and you will be amazed by how much more you can do.

The ZoCenter is a phenomenal gym with various options to choose from. In my opinion, the key to fitness success is diversifying your workouts so you’re coming back for more and actually enjoying it. ZoCenter does precisely that! Amongst boxing, kickboxing, dumbbells, treadmill, etc., there is something for every person, no matter their fitness level.
Rashaun and Kadeem are excellent trainers and very friendly! I highly recommend!

ZoCenter is an awesome place! The workouts are definitely tough and challenge you, but you feel amazing after. I had a great workout and Kadeem was there to offer words of encouragement and help keep everyone motivated!

The ZO Center is the gym for just about anyone. The instructors have a unique ability to bring out a person’s best and get results. It is the ideal combination of being a friendly gym, but a gym with teeth that will push you out of your comfort zone and safely get you results that you’ve never seen before. I regularly reccommend the ZO Center to my friends and co workers. Everyone that I have brought with me to train has been impressed and they return many times. I have been comming to the ZO Center for over two years and I continue to improve myself every week. I’m 36 years old and am without a doubt, in the best shape of my life.
