Place totally sucks get better treatment at a animal hospital. Go anywhere but here nurses are rude

I had concerns with my grandmother’s and my husband’s mother’s care. Both passed away here. This may be more Dr. related though. My other concern has to do with another area of the hospital and following standard sanitary procedures for infections, masks, gloves, throwing stuff away that is needed and then fetching it out of the trash, not having dressing kits on hand and having to provide them myself for them to use. We will just go to St. Mary’s from now on.
