My son and I decided to stop in for lunch after church one Sunday and we were very happy with our visit. We are from the area but we had never stopped in. We had an excellent server named Sydney. She was pleasant and not pushy. We had french fries topped with mango habanero sauce and crumbly blue cheese. Which was not overly spicy. He ordered a loaded cheeseburger and pasta salad. Both he loved. The burger was probably a ½ lb burger and he woulve are the whole thing if he could’ve. He joked around about how the onions on the burger resembled a monkey’s face. I ordered the garlic wings that tasted good but we’re a bit small. Overall the meal was great and we will definately be back to try some of the other delicious looking items on the menu.

The food came out piping hot and tasty, they have a good beer selection, the waitress was attentive and pleasant.(She was rely good! Great timing and happy, helpful) We like outdoor seating, and we had the whole deck to ourselves so that was great. Overall very satisfied. :-)

We stopped in on a Tuesday night with our 6 year old daughter, a bit nervous at first that it was just a bar but they have a separate dining area inside and out. Our server was Jen. She was friendly and efficient. I had the honey lime chicken flatbread. It was simple and delicious. My husband had the Cajun chicken wrap, which was decent and our daughter had the kids Mac and cheese. Note: unlike some chain restaurants, it was homemade, not kraft, and a generous portion. We had the strawberry shortcake for two for dessert. The strawberries were frozen which was a bit of a bummer but it was still good. They have an OK wine list but a lot of nice local beers on tap and an excellent cider list. I’d definitely recommend giving it a try! Our bill was about 36.00 which is awesome. We’ll definitely go back.

We go to the Red Brick occasionally and do like the food. However, depending on what day you go is important as the food is just not consistent. I have had an incredible meal many times and then boom lame. However, it’s 70% great and the beer is fantastic. This pub has just received many new taps. However, the staff is used to serving low end beer and liquor and has very little experience with micro-brews and is not that helpful with knowing them or the taste. The owner needs to have a day when he lets or makes his staff taste them all. Why have 90 – 120IPA if your staff knows nothing about it. Very light pours on the mixed drinks. I had three the other night and felt nothing. I can tell there was little if any alcohol in them. However, as a beer connoisseur and someone who has been begging for a good beer in an extremely poor city like Fulton New York its a super welcome gift. Let’s just hope the locals appreciate it and take to the beer this owner is gifting them. Still, I see the same old Labatts and Chick-a-lobe light drinkers in here. Not the friendliest bar as I can come in and the staff isn’t talking to the patrons and vice versa. How about getting some friendly staff or maybe ONE guy who knows the beer. The girls at the bar can be downright boring and seem tired, overworked, blah blah. If you have a job take pride and enjoy yourself as your customers know this. Recently I ordered their«Red Brick Burger»(Really good) and called ahead to pick up. One half hour later the not only was it not ready I waited 45 more minutes at the bar. I usually don’t mind because it gives me an excuse to have a beer, but 1 ½ hours for a burger. When I got home the order was wrong. When I called about this they gladly offered a free one next time. Just give us your name. I did and when I finally wasn’t upset anymore and went back they did not have my name and actually made me wait and had to call the owner. Whoa! They need to call the owner. I’ve only been in here and purchased tons of food and beer and they don’t believe me. Come on. I wish they would get on the ball with their beer sales and know the beer. I have 3 friends who own restaurants in Syracuse who have 50 +‘taps and they Know they’re beer and if Red Brick is going to serve it they need to get some Younger hipper people to serve it. Having old school bar matrons who know Labatts is only holding them back. This place could be ten times better if they really listened to this review

Friendly owner and staff. If in Fulton be sure to check it out. We were walking around looking for a place with a tavern feel. Red Brick fit the mold

Justine our server greeted us with a welcoming smile and seated us at a comfortable booth. She presented a drink menu with many tempting brews and wines. Three samples helped me choose a Christmas Ale. The menu was tempting too! The Meatloaf sandwich was served piping hot. It was delicious with a Side of smashed potatoes. The avocado turkey burger with sweet potato fries delighted my wife and was perfectly delicious. We come here often because I love the fine brews and the great menu of sandwiches and entrees. We have always been pleased with our Red Brick experience. Great food, Justine’s friendly service and brews to discover and enjoy will keep us coming back! Treat yourself to A real treat –the Red Brick.(Halloween was yesterday!)

My boyfriend and I brought our 3 girls here because we were in the area doing Halloween attractions. We wanted something«non-chain» with food the three girls(ages 11 – 16) would eat and beer for me. You always worry about walking into random places and giving them a shot but we were very surprised! Service was a little slow but the waitress was really sweet and the food was awesome. It’s a fun place, sweet staff, and awesome food at reasonable prices. I would highly recommend to anyone in the area!

My husband and I went here last night, the food was great! The service however not so much. I had the haddock with sweet potato fries which was delicious while my husband had the portobello chicken which was served over linguini, excellent dish! The beers were awesome as well!

Nice place, but our waitress and the drinks were so so. The second cocktail arrived in a full sized water glass and was VERY watered down. I had to order a shot of liquor after drinking the mix ½ way down just to equal a regular drink. Appetizer arrived w/dinner and we got charged for a full sized drink w/the kids meal that came w/a drink. So, we ended up paying $ 8 or 12% more than necessary.

They just celebrated their second anniversary. 27 draughts. Mostly craft brews and microbrews along with an appropriate mix of the mass produced beers so they have something for everyone. Friendly service, creative specials and a menu that ranges from pub favorites to full dinners in a casual setting with attentive service. Worth the drive. Their website is
