Great store with very professional stylists. They took their time to get the exact look that I was looking for. Will definitely come back and have Elizabeth cut my hair in the future.

Worst experience. Waited 30 minutes just to to be checked in. There were only two ladies working and one just disappeared with about five customers waiting. Once the poor girl that was left alone was finally able to check me in, she told me that they would only be able to do my highlights and cut if the other lady came back. She had no idea where she was. I told her to forget it and rode over to great clips for a cut. When I arrived one of the gentlemen that had also been waiting pulled up too. He told me that I did better than him by leaving. He had been waiting for over an hour. We were both in chairs within 10 mins of arriving at great clips. They had three stylist working and all were present. I will not be returning.
