Great customer service! Called and spoke to Brian about my laptop’s issue. He made it so easy to explain my IT issues. Whether he was going to be able to fix it on the first attempt or not, I was confident in the fact that he was going to keep me in the loop along the way. We were able to schedule a drop off time and payment quote before I even ventured to his location. I’ve seen it too many times where the business owner has barely enough time to explain the cost let alone his availability to even look at your device. Everything is always left «up in the air» as to when and if they’ll be able to provide the service they advertise in a reasonable amount. And to make it even greater, his location is 5 minutes from my house. Close location, reasonable pricing, impeccable customer service. What more can an inexperienced tech person ask for?
