Fuquay Varina, NC
Fuquay Mineral Spring park is just adorable! My husband and I decided to pay a visit for the ice cream social on national ice cream day. We hadn’t been before today, but after visiting, I am a total fan!
The park is meticulously maintained and has plenty of green space. There is a little creek running through the park with a sweet bridge. I could see packing a picnic and spending a lazy afternoon on a nice fall or summer day.
Historically, the natural spring was believed to have healing powers. Discovered in 1858, Stephen Fuquay discovered this spring which attracted thousands in the early 20th century. A neat slice of history in the cute town of FV.

Cool Park! Romantic and well maintained! This was the site for our Outdoor Wedding Ceremony!
