Honeycutt Park

I used to visit this park w/​my now 8 year old daughter when she was a toddler & lived nearby and were members at the gym across the parking lot. I revisited for the first time since then with my 1 year old son today to soak in the warm weather. The playground isn’t huge but it’s nice, with fairly new equipment and a little something for all ages. They have a couple of toddler swings (as in 2), a couple of «big kid» swings (also, just 2), and a good-​sized playground with several slides (including a nice, tall one for the big kids!) They also have a bunch of picnic tables under a large, covered shelter, a soccer field, and tennis courts. Oh, and there are bleachers next to the playground (for the soccer field, I’m assuming) so there’s plenty of room to hang out/​eat lunch while the kiddos are playing!
