Went to Jimmy’s right before Fourth of July for a front and rear brake job. They were very busy but fit me in. I didn’t get any quotes from other places until after I had paid the bill and found the price I paid to be high.
Called Jimmy to see if there was a reason. There was — it had been an administrative error. He didn’t just give back the difference, he gave back over 50% of the total cost and apologized for the error.
Well done.
Very vet friendly as well.
