Stood at counter for 5 mins not acknowledged. People were there running around and didn’t bother to say” I’ll be right with you”. Went to the drive through and the speaker was so crappy I could not understand a thing. Left, now at Smithfield’s around the corner

Rude, the 2 times I have been there first time was over 6 months ago pretty much had my food tossed at me and then today my food was shoved at me with the box turned sideways and no napkins or spoons or anything in it and some of my food was leaking because it was turned sideways. If you hate your job that much then quit no reason to be so disrespectful to others

There are some nice people in the world. Few of those people can make your day. Valarie at this location absolutely made our day. She was so nice! She was very informational and gave my kids juices and cookies. She also gave my husband and i free drinks. The food was great! The past few kfc we have ate at have tasted awful. I am very impressed!

I guess reading is not a prerequisite for working here. I order one large side and they couldnt even give me the right 1, out of 3. Never going back. How stupid can you be.
