Last week I spent 45 mins on oh between trying to get someone in management or bakery on the phone finally did placed my order cake decorator asked for a pic hubby took one in. went today to pick it up not there can’t even find a ticket for it. Nothing. Close to tears I spoke w manger Luke he helped me and got their new pt decorator to help out as well. 30 mins later between the two of them I had a cake for my daughters sweet 16 and very morbid looking cake as it was blood splattered(teens are weird!) but was yummy all loved it both taste and design! Always love my krogers for being clean friendly fast and wonderful fruit/veggie department but this well really topped the cake no pun intended! Can’t thank them enough for making it rt w me but also for helping to pull a cake together quick to pull off this sweet 16! Thanks

I love going to Kroger. The store itself has a very nice assortment of fresh and organic choices. The veggies are always very fresh with lots of options. Most stores in the area do not have the selection that Kroger has to offer including an entire section devoted to organic with isles of healthy items. The meat department includes a very attentive meat manager and staff. They are there within a few seconds of standing to help you select the meat for purchase. The prices are less than some competitors and they do accept coupons. I also love that they always have a «bagger» during check out and will bag up the groceries and load them into the cart.

I have shopped a Kroger dozens of times. It always the same story. Now that Kroger owns Harris Tetter there is no longer any real supermarket competition. I don’t think of Food Lion really as competition. But Kroger only has two things going for it now. The reward points program for reduced fuel prices and the Pharmacy. The Pharmacy ran by Ron and Ben is excellent. The have an excellent staff. They really care about their customers. They work with you trying to get the best care and price for you. Kroger did recently do a major change to the produce area. They stepped up its game in that area but the rest is still dated and behind the times. Its a working women’s/man’s store. It doesn’t have Fresh Market items, but than it doesn’t have Charle C’s beef tongue, liver, fat back, chicken feet and other odd disgusting items. This store does have a lot of long term employees and they care about there work and customers.

Not a big fan of the grocery store itself. Has a very mediocre meat/seafood area/department. The produce is very eh. It seems like a ½ of the normal grocery stores. Not sure why. Even the hot dog selection is limited. The gas prices are awesome. Especially with your Kroger card.

I just moved to the area and at first was shopping at different grocery stores than I found a kroger close to my home. Out of all the local grocery stores Kroger is my favorite. I am big fan of there store brand and private selections food choices. They are a great choice. By using your kroger card you get points and can save 10cents per gallon. Although I don’t know where the local gas station is to redeem that discount. One down side of this location is every single time I go it is packed! It also has less food choices than the Kroger I used in Cary. They do not double coupons. But even with that said I still find Kroger to be my favorite and go here at least once a week if not more.

Overall, this is a nice store with inexpensive produce. I go in from time to time, and have always been satisfied with everything including the customer service but. The store’s downfall is their telephone customer service, especially a specific woman. I’m not sure what her name is, since she never introduces herself, but anytime I’ve called for general information, or to ask a specific question, she is ALWAYS extremely rude, and acts like she doesn’t even want to be there. Now I understand that most teenagers start out with a grocery store job, or answering phones, but this is clearly an adult woman that has not been trained in phone etiquette.

I grew up shopping at Kroger as my primary grocery, but this was my first time in this particular one. Much larger than the one I remember, with lots of choices in every aisle. I would have not thought to come here, but I updated my new address on the site and noticed they now have an app for iphone or Android to download. You can enter your customer card number, look at the weekly flyer, select items you want to buy, and load the electronic coupons to your phone and save them as a shopping list. I tried it out on the website last night, saw a few deals that harmonized with my shopping plans, and loaded the coupons. After hitting the nearby Aldi’s, I came here and cleaned up on the specials with combinations of sale prices and coupons, and took home some sweet deals, including some great finds on their«Private Selection» brand ice cream. We brought home some decadent sounding ones: «Denali MInt Moose Tracks,» Amaretto Cherry Cordial.” «Black Raspberry Dark Chocolate Chunk.»(WOW) and«Maine Blueberry Cheesecake.» The cheesecake flavor got the cashier gushing about how fabulous that one was. I can’t wait to try them, if I can manage to get the kids to save me a bite! Incidentally, the cashier came around and helped me unload the bottom of my cart and took me at the«15-items-or-less» lane when I had all I could cram in one of the mini, double-decker carts. Nice lady, and the bagger worked quickly and kept the bread on top. :-) I’ll be back for the low cost price leaders with my coupons and sale flyer, but no impulse purchases. Retail me not!

a good store overall with friendly staff. Also has a gas station on site with discounted fuel based on Kroger purchases(free membership required). However, gas price is typically 10 cents higher than other fuel locations in the area(something curiously wrong with that observation). Fresh meats, fruits and vegetables. Fantastic pharmacy and staff.
