McDonald’s

So I have waited 8 minutes so far as 11:50 am… no one in front of me, 1 car behind me. Why are we waiting??? Management needs to get it together. No wonder no one was here for lunch

Yet another McDonald’s in a slow decline. So many young workers joking around and not working. Had to interrupt two workers talking to each other to give my order. Fries are always half filled and food takes forever to receive.

My standards for fast food are pretty low, because it is what it is. Sometimes I am pleasantly surprised by awesome service. Today was not one of those days. The cashiers refused to make eye contact, didn’t put in the order correctly, didn’t great or say hello, etc. and I say cashiers because I had to finish my order with him because the first one failed to listen. When my food was being put on the counter I had to ask for my drink cups at which point I was looked at like I was dumb. It’s busy, food should be constantly being made, yet I received a cold burger???
Again, the low standards point. But the customer service is crap! Maybe when the employees are being trained they should learn how to communicate with customers. Oh and please please tell the employees not to scratch their arm or head and then handle food. That’s disgusting and unsanitary.

why is it that the machines for the items I order are always down at this location? OJ, milkshakes … I’ve had the coffee twice thinking it was accidentally burnt the first time. Nope, thats how they make it. I don’t know why I try to give them business when there’s a fabulous CookOut right next door. I’m done.

Went at lunch time. Resturant was pretty packed but, service was very fast. Kids love the playground. Always clean! Watch at for the elephant & the lion when you walk in

pretty great for a McDonalds

I personally do not eat Mc Donald’s. However when I take my grandchildren I prefer this Mc Donald’s over the one in Holly Springs.
Nice play area, great little long area for adults and a fireplace!
