Poor customer service. One woman in particular behaved in a nasty way toward me which caught me off guard. Not crazy about the selection or grungy feel of the place either. I suggest you avoid this place.

Big variety and friendly staff. A little dark inside, could use better lighting. Prices are reasonable.

The first time we went here we loved it and went back several times. the workers were so nice to my kids and I. then something changed: different people working and they were so rude we will not be back. They are so rude to my son, they snapped at another child in there-granted, his mom was not by his side, but he was older and just looking at something, and I was going to buy a set of dishes that had a sign on the table I got them from that said all dishes on sale-I dont remember if they but it was 15 or 25%. She refused to give me the discount and said it was a sign from the other day! The prices of the glass items and dishes have gone up so much it is no longer fun to shop there anyway, but the workers really ruined the experience.

I made a large purchase from this thrift store a few years ago and was pretty pleased. I have been back several times since and have been disappointed.(I do believe it changed owners about the same time). I kept going back thinking maybe someone was having a bad day and gave them the benefit of the doubt. Unfortunately, family members have also been in recently, and have had the same opinion… rude service. I don’t think it is ALL the staff. I think it is one individual. Love the cause, just not the attitude. Good luck, I truly hope you stay open, just maybe lighten up a bit and SMILE =) and remember, the customers are the reason you have a business.

I’ve been looking forward to checking this place out for more than a year since seeing it on Unilocal! This place has Relevance as a Thrift Store is raises the bar! I Enjoyed of Visit! Looking around they have a Board Game Section and i notice three wooden Board Games… I was hoping for a Chinese Checker Board… They had one!!! $ 2. It ISMINE Now! We also found a Heavy, Thick, Low Profile, Glass Vase and it was half full of Clear Marbles(for the Chinese Checker Board — part of my plan)… $ 8. Spend $ 10 and Spin the Wheel and get a Deal… I kissed my Honey Bunny and she took a spin, won us 10% off our purchase!

Very nice thrift store with very nice staff. Very helpful and the merchandise is organized by size :) so many treasures and trinkets to be found and items are clean and organized. Its a little hard to find on the first drive by, but was found very easy on the backtrack. Cannot wait to go back and spend more time just enjoying looking through all the items! Oh and the prices are very very reasonable and all proceeds go to help disabled Vets in the community!

I could stay in this store all day long. It is amazing. I love treasure hunting. Its a bit crowded but has a very homey feel. Like digging through an attic or basement. Owner is super nice and sweet. Great prices and even better sales! The clothing bag sale was amazing. Got some really great items! Cant wait to go back!

Nice folks here in a very full shop. A.D.D. folks watch out, it is complete overwhelm in here! Clothes are organized by size, which helps tremendously. The best thing is that this is a not– for– profit shore to benefit disabled vets, and the community! WATCHYOURSTEP coming in off the parking lot as you step onto the makeshift stairs made of railroad ties because they are very rotten with large holes in them; you could potentially break a leg!

I can’t believe I’ve passed this place so many times but never stopped in until last week. The outside is deceiving– I assumed it was tiny, but it was much bigger than I expected, and filled to the brim with all kinds of thrift store goodies. Good prices on most everything, too. Only negative is that they don’t have shopping carts so I couldn’t spend as much time as I wanted since I had the toddler in tow and no stroller in the car…:(But I will definitely be back, as it’s one of the coolest thirft stores I’ve found in the FV area. Also, worth noting, according to the website & signs«it’s a non-profit which accepts donations to assist diabled veterans along with supporting acting service men & women». Knowing I’m shopping at a non-profit for veterans & active service men/women makes me even more likely to buy and shop here more frequently! Check it out so they can stay in business!
