Used to be a nice place until I was recently told they cannot do the hair wash neck rub and hot towel for walk ins by this particular stylist. Haircut and experience is awful now. Rather chat about music than focus on doing a good job. After leaving no tip, I was cussed at as I was leaving. I will never go here again.

I was a fan of this place until recently. The last 2 times I’ve been in, I was skipped over. AND, I had an appointment both times (and was on-time for both)! Once, one of the stylists actually got into an argument with the receptionist, IN the waiting area, in full view and earshot as to whether not she was going to take me. I felt like the last kid picked at a kickball game!
It’s really as if your time means nothing to them. After being passed over on my 2^nd consecutive visit, I left, and IF I ever go back, it’ll be a really long time! Pass this place by, guys. Not worth the headache.
And no, I didn’t step outside, and they didn’t call my name while I was there. I made my departure known, and no one came after me.
