The apartments are very nice, here. As far as living here, I have enjoyed my stay in my apartment. Maintenance does an excellent job of handling issues. We put a order in and the nice gentlemen show up quickly to take care of problems line our dryer and the roof leaks(3rd floor). The only thing that was hindering my experience is the new management. When I moved in there was an entirely different crew running the place that got things taken care of. If I had a question about something it was always answered and handled quickly and professionally. The new manager(Jeje?) was never available to answer questions the new staff couldn’t answer. I applied for a new lease at a two bedroom about a month before we had to move. They found us a place that did have a garage and we dealt with an April who was very helpful. I was wanting to go ahead and pay the new deposit fee to secure the location because my wife loves the layout but I didn’t get a lease in my email until six days before our scheduled move. I called looking to talk to the woman we had set the new lease up with to find out she no longer worked there either. When my wife called to verify the dates she was told it would be an extra $ 130ish to use the dates we had set. Then I called and spoke to Jeje who told me that my wife was misinforming me. The total she gave me actually came out to be exactly $ 300 off the price she gave my wife. I assumed she had waved the deposit fee but she informed me she had not. Interesting because it was actually a cheaper price than my one bedroom for one month if I was in fact paying the $ 300 deposit fee. The entire headache was a little much so I asked to just finish my lease or feb 18th. That was when Jeje informed me that my apartment was having new tenants that were moving in on the 17th. I was also to be responsible for the new place regardless of there not being a lease with correct dates. Even when Jeje changed the dates she never sent me a new lease to sign and get the ball rolling. Put my family and myself in a tight spot. Hopefully they can resolve their management issues because it is a nice place and a nice location.

The new management does a poor job. The emergency maintenance number does not work. The male leasing consultant arrives late and does not answer the phone. The maintenance people are excellent though.
