The pharmacy staff here was fantastic! Very helpful and knowledgeable. Especially P-​dawg the pharmacy technician, I think that kid has a bright future in this game.

This pharmacy needs a manager who knows how to manage so there is not always a 30. The rest of the store is great but the pharmacy is absolutely horrible

We moved to Fuquay and this location is very convenient. However the last few times I have been here for prescriptions they are sloowww though today was a bit faster.

Where to begin with this one… I used to love this location! It was convienent and I was in and out in no time. For whatever reason that has all changed within the last 4 or 5 months. It takes forever to get anything there. Not only are the workers slow but they are also rude! I understand having a bad day once in a while but they are rude all the time! They are quite understaffed and have been for some time now. I have had so many bad situations there I will not be returning ever again.

Rude & incompetent is how I would describe the pharmacy staff. We have had nothing but issues last 5 months, and have switched to new pharmacy. Many others we know have said the same. Avoid, avoid avoid!!!

I used to love walgreens because they were open 24⁄7 and the app was so convenient, but the last 2 years this location has really gone downhill. There is a constant staffing issue in the pharmacy as there seems to only be one tech working drive through and register even during the busiest times. The waits at either can be 30 minutes or more for a prescription that has been filled for days. Not okay. We will be switching soon. :(

I wish there was a negative five (–5) star. The staff is beyond unprofessional, to the point it should be reported to the licensing board.
I can only say my issues were minor, related to insurance. They were very busy trying to figure out how they had given the wrong RX to a drive
Thru customer that had since left. The Pharmacy techs (if they were even that skill set) were beyond rude. The only reason I didn’t go local
As always because it was late and I needed the RX ASAP. Never again and I will evangalize how bad this place is after I call the BOP.
