I was one of a lucky few invited to the soft opening at Carter Taproom on New Year’s Eve. Except for a glitch with their audio system that continuously played Ratt, the evening was flawless. Great sushi, sandwiches, tomato pie and antipasti. Drinks were strong and a guest bartender showed off her ability to concoct drinks using everyday household items. Although there is plenty of space for dancing, guests typically gravitate near the bar to get their groove on. Looking forward to future improvements at the next Spring Fling event.
