Lemus Construction, Inc.

I’ll start off by saying I live in a condo community, I had absolutely no power over the decision to hire this company, and frankly I have no idea about the quality of the work itself as I’ve never been on the roof.
However, it’s been two weeks since they started. They did the bulk of the work over two days, starting earlier than is legal (7:13 am the one day), but now they’ve moved on the other buildings in our development before finishing. They’ve been back roughly every other day to bang and hammer for an hour or so, but still aren’t finished. To the untrained eye, it appears there is very little left to finish, but they are dragging it out for some reason. Just want the noise to stop.
Furthermore, while they did send notice to clear our back patios, which I thought I handled properly, they took it upon themselves to move all our (and all the neighbor’s) furniture out into a common area, and then left it out there overnight. They boarded up our back door, and placed a tarp over the entire front of our home, and my daughter and I just narrowly avoided getting hit with falling shingles on our way to school. Wanted to kill those guys that morning or at least curse them out, but without sounding too un-​PC, they wouldn’t have understood anyway.
Like I said, I’m not commenting on the quality of the finished product, which may or may not be excellent. I’m just venting about the process itself. One suggestion, another company did a neighboring roof two years ago and used a debris chute, so small children didn’t have to worry about getting seriously injured by careless workers. (Still fuming about that one)

We have used Lemus for multiple small roof repairs and they have always been exceptional. They are very responsive, professional, and extremely fair in their quotes. We recently had a couple of small leaks and they immediately came onsite and fixed the problem for a great price. I know we’ll need a new roof in a couple of years and they will definitely be the ones we’ll go to. I highly recommend Victor and his team.

We just got an entire roof replaced, siding repair and all new downspouts & gutters. My friend at work recommended Lemus and also got a roof done the same week. Mario and his crew are outstanding. The price was very fair and they completed the work on time. Mario gave me his cell number and picked-​up every sigle time a I had a question, 90% of contractors hardly every call you back on the same day. We spent over $ 20,000 on this project and it was well worth it. Our home looks amazing. We will be using Lemus for new siding and windows in the near future. Thanks to Deb and Mario and their entire crew.

Just got our roof redone, chimney recapped, and all new shutters. Mario came out and is the ONLY roofer to climb up and look at the roof before giving us the quote. They came out early and had the roof done that day! Everything looked great when finished. Deborah who does the paperwork is great to deal with, she seems to be on the ball and keeps ontop of what needs to be done.
I recommend using them, they were great!

victor and team at Lemus Construction are the ultimate professionals. They are professional, courteous, clean, efficient, and well organized from inception to completion of project. His front office and back office coordinate well and and they finished the job of our complete roof in 1.5 day. His estimate was exact and well worded. He showed up and completed the job on time. He and his hardworking crew of 15 years went out of their way to make sure the job met our expectations. victor always answers his cell and is even coming back to take me up and look at the roof. HIGHLY recommend them!
