It is my OPINION that he was self serving and less than truthrul. He did NOT tell a friend of mine all his possible surgical options for cancer surgery and after the operation, failed to properly counsel him on dealing with the resutling problems. My friend was delayed on getting help for 2 years because of this before he finally got help in Birminham at a more specialized facility. For those reasons, I would NOT reccomend Dr. Pirani to others.
