Horrible! American Chinese food has become the worse in today’s cuisine. Problem I have with this establishment are there sauces. General Tso sauce was watery, tasteless and lacked sweetness expected from traditional General Tso sauce. It tasted like weak Soy sauce with sugar water added. I had them to add: Onions, green peppers, watercress and broccoli came with dish. My veggies were cut small, traditionally Asians cut their veggies in large chunks. Veggies were over cooked. My protein was Tofu, they over-cooked that like hard spongy rocks. $ 10.00 wasted. I give them props for being very clean, they do have a very clean kitchen which many Asians restaurants are filthy. Restrooms were also very clean. I don’t live in this area but, back home it’s the exact same with Chinese food; it all taste the same, sauces are weak and watery. I assume Asian distribution are now selling sauces in bulk and restaurants are buying and preparing food with commercial sauces. Chinese families use to cook from family recipes which resulted in variation and they’ve given up old tradition to a commercial market: sell for money and forget about pride. I’ll never return to this particular restaurant again until they’ve improve their recipes. Bring back your tradition.

This is a small, fast food Chinese restaurant. Servings are large. Good food at a very reasonable price — especially the lunch specials.
