The food and service were great. The men’s restroom was not real clean though. One unusual thing was the fries and hamburger cooks came out into the dining room and asked guests if the were pleased with their food This location is slightly above average compared to other Wendy’s locations

This Wendy’s has updated their menu to reflect the change to Wendy’s menu nationally, now if only the décor received the same update: Pros: — The burgers are juicy, the toppings are crisp. Cons: — The packaging is kind of odd. Why is my burger coming in a container that exposes it to the air so it can get cold? — The chicken was overcooked on every visit, whether it was a Spicy Chicken or an Ultimate Chicken Grill. Don’t bother eating it, just drop it and play hockey. — Service has always been a bit spotty. The folks seem a bit lackadaisical, but they get the job done. — The atmosphere is just old. We’re talking early 90’s renovation. The kitchen looks at though it could use an update too. Also, the Christian Rock on the radio is kind of depressing, and could be a bit annoying if you’re not Christian. Overall, this Wendy’s isn’t an image enhancer for the brand. The burgers are ok for a quick lunch, but if you want chicken, go to Chick-Fil-A.
