Called to get some advice on the preexisting theater system in my house. Had to reschedule a couple of times, my fault as I work odd hours. Very flexible in working around my schedule. Prices could be better, but I guess a man’s gotta eat.

I purchased a home with a Control4 system that was previously installed by Genesis Audio. I had their technician (John Senters) come out to look at the home and system to quote me on what would be needed to get everything up and running.
John said he’d get back to me with a quote within a couple of days, but after waiting a week without hearing anything I called the main office to get an update. I was told they would have John contact me the same day, but he never did. I called the main office again the following day and they gave me his cell phone number. I called a few times and left voicemails over the next few days but never received a response.
TERRIBLE customer service by Genesis and John. If you’re looking to do any home automation or Control4 projects, do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
