I began taking yoga for my first time with Natalie at L-yoga Flow and have found a new passion, thanks to her outstanding teaching. I leave class feeling like I have had a workout, gained strength and lost stress! She emphasizes breathing, and spends time teaching the correct forms and positions so that good habits are created. The studio is clean, smells great and the classes are of such a variety that there is something offered for everyone, no matter your size, shape or experience. Currently, the first week is free-which is an amazing deal. I recommend everyone try L-yoga flow and know that you will find it to be a very positive influence in your life! Leslie, the newest teacher, is also wonderful!

I was introduced to yoga by Natalie of L-Yoga Flow 2 years ago. My life has undoubtedly been changed ever since. The combination of intentions, breath and exercise is what I’ve always been looking for but never knew existed. I have found a new level of peace, and am truly grateful for everything she’s taught me. I attend the ReFresh classes, but all of her classes are equally great, I have no doubt you’d find the right one for you.

This is the first yoga class I’ve been to in some time, so I was a little nervous to get on the mat. I signed up for Natalie’s Energize class, which is based on Ashtanga yoga, and I felt like the pace was perfect even for someone getting back into the game. Natalie was great and very patient. She focuses on well being as much as the poses. I didn’t realize how much I needed the meditation portion until I was deep into it. I left class feeling relaxed and just overall happier. I’m excited to try some of her other classes and get back into a routine.
