The Laser Loft

After my dermatologist recommended laser hair removal, I went to 4 different laser hair removal professionals, with Kelly Wert at Laser Loft being the last place I checked out. Kelly was the only person who actually examined the area of treatment, asked about my general health and medications I take, and did a spot test to ensure my skin would not react badly prior to any further treatments. I was incredibly impressed by Kelly’s professionalism and thoroughness, and I was grateful to find a place that holds its clients’ welfare and comfort as a top priority.
Due to my scheduling preferences, I chose to do my treatments with Amanda Nelson, one of Kelly’s team members who trained under Kelly and is very much like her mentor in her exceptional skills and client-​focused approach. Amanda is so good, that I began doing electrolysis for my eyebrows with her as well and I couldn’t be happier with the results. Amanda is passionate about what she does and is constantly seeking opportunities to expand her knowledge so she can take the best care of her clients. Amanda’s personality is warm and personable, making people feel comfortable with her from the start.
All in all, Laser Loft and its team are a great group of professionals who not only provide the best prices in the region, they also provide the best service in the industry.

I love The Laser Loft. The people there are great and I love their services. They are customer oriented. I just ran into the office at lunch time today for my 12 pm appointment (B12 injection). When I returned to my office I realized my appointment was for the following day! I called the office to apologize and let them know of my appointment the following day. They had already fixed it and no one even batted an eye.

If you’re wanting to get laser hair removal, you have to go to Kelly at the Laser Loft. She is upfront with the pricing, and best of all, I felt so comfortable with her. Don’t even bother looking at Ideal Image or Columbus Laser Spa. I checked them out before going to Kelly, and they just try to rip you off. I’ve had fantastic results with Kelly and she has convenient hours. Thanks!
