I’ve been going to Tilton’s for over six years. They are honest, friendly, and quick. Bob at the Gahanna location is top notch. He is straight forward and explains things without making you feel dumb. Bob has saved me lots of money over the years by telling me what REALLY needs fixed and what isn’t priority. I’ve never been given the run around at Tilton’s and they have never once even tried the «naïve woman» stuff with me. In fact, they’ve let me use a loaner car in order to work with me and my schedule. I highly recommend them to anyone who is looking for a loyal, trustworthy, helpful mechanic.
