They did a good job with a dress I was wearing for a wedding but I felt like I couldn’t get across what I wanted done. When I went to get it it needed to be changed. I was asked why I waited so long to come in, when I had called and asked when to come in numerous times.
They kept saying it was a lot of work, and I said whatever you have to do is fine– I just want it to fit properly. I really didn’t care how much it would cost because I wanted to look right. Eventually It looked Better, but it was frustrating. They staff is very pleasant and helpful though. I will return again.

Visited for the first time today. The owner was very friendly and definitely appeared to know her stuff. We were bringing in two pairs of pants for my 10 year old daughter and a button-​up long sleeve shirt for me. The pants need to have the waist taken in and my shirt needed to shrink around the torso. She had my daughter put the pants on so that she could mark them and she had me put on my shirt. She marked my daughter’s pants and was very nice and patient with her. She thoroughly examined my shirt and pointed out all of the reasons why it would not be a good idea to take in the torso of the shirt. She was willing to do it, but advised against it. I was very pleased with the fact that she was willing to do the work, but was candid with me in her opinion of the results.
I will report back once we have my daughter’s pants in hand. So far, so good. :)

Last visit was great, 5 stars. This visit, not so good. The people were just as friendly, but with well over a week and two fittings … they couldn’t hem my daughter’s prom dress properly. She tripped on her dress or had to carry the front bunched in her hand, even after the alteration. I gave three stars because the people are nice and the owner had an emergency in the family and had to leave town. But the two assistants who remained did not have the ability to alter my daughter’s prom dress properly. The prom was a success … but not as carefree as one would have liked.
