I totally agree with the other reviews. Today they wanted a $ 30 refill fee on a prescription. This is not how you become a primary care provider. I am also letting my health insurance know this is how they conduct business. The doctor has no bedside manner, and comes across as very uncaring. The Nurse Practitioner is the only reason we would go, but this is the last straw. Been there at least 10 times, which turned out to be 9 times too many!

If I could give this place a negative star I would. I was told they were going to call in a prescription for me three times yet never did. What’s the point of seeing a doctor if they can’t do their job. NEVER going back here again!

DONOTGOHERE!!! I wish I would have Unilocaled prior to going to this urgent care, because I would have seen the poor review & I now agree that it is hands down the WORST urgent care I have ever been to. I came in with a broken nose & was taken back to the room by an assistant almost immediately because NOONE else was there at the time. I was told the nurse practitioner would be in in a few minutes. I sat in the room, which due to its paper thin walls allowed me to hear everything going on outside. I could hear the nurse practitioner on the phone with another patient & then a doctor, which I thought was perfectly fine if she had an urgent case. She was not on the phone the entire time however, and was walking back & forth from the front & opening & closing cupboards, shuffling things around, etc & even chatting with someone outside. Finally after almost an hour of waiting, she stuck her head in & said that she was on the phone with a doctor regarding another patient & that it would be another few minutes. I heard the phone ring, heard her talking to the doctor & then hang up. A few minutes more passed & then I heard her go into a room with another patient. WHAT??? I felt lied to, as I was told she would be in when she got off the phone. I waited a few more minutes & then went to ask the receptionist for a refund. At that point, I had been waiting over an hour — no exaggeration. There was another patient in the waiting room also complaining because she was there before the patient that was currently being seen. We were told that the other patient had an appointment & that«appointments take precedence over walk-ins» No mention of the fact that I had called before coming in to see if I needed an appointment & was told to just walk in. Also no mention of the fact that I had been waiting over an hour. I got my refund & left. Needless to say, I will NEVER go back there.

This is by far the worst urgent care I have ever visited. Upon arrival, I was the only patient in the office, so the nurse took me to a room and began working. The nurse practitioner then busted in and began yelling at the nurse(INFRONTOFME) because the waiting room was full. The nurse left, and I could hear the nurse practitioner speaking with other patients, yet I did not see anybody for an hour. When somebody finally came in, it was the nurse practitioner student, who took a few notes and left. 30 minutes later, the nurse practitioner arrived in the room and was pleasant with me, but I was pretty upset that she had reprimanded the nurse in my presence. She did a bunch of tests and told me she would call me the next day with the results. It has been 5 days and every time I call she tells me she still does not have them. She failed to call in prescriptions and then called in only one of the two. This place is HORRIBLE. IFYOUVALUECUSTOMERSERVICE, DONOTGO!
