Great business. They are very very friendly and helpful. They give you realistic estimates of what they can do for you and how long it will take and they won’t budge. Thats actually a good thing! You don’t want them to be rushed or make empty promises. So if you want a reliable alterations place, come here.

Greeted by a very friendly gentleman. The first thought that came to mind was, «You’re not Alice.» Maybe it was Mr. Alice. Well, they’re good at what they do.

I took several pairs of pants to be hemmed and they did a great job quickly. I got in and out with try-​ons and markings for 3 pairs of pants in about 8 minutes. They were ready in 2 days and could probably have come sooner if I had asked for it. The only thing keeping them from 5 stars is that they were a bit on the pricey side compared to my previous tailor, but that was in a bigger city so perhaps these prices are what the market will bear. I can definitely recommend these folks.

They were extremely friendly and professional. They fixed what I needed right then and there since it was a small job (although they asked if I had time, and if I didn’t I could pick it up another day). The job was really good quality. They specified and confirmed what I wanted done before doing anything, which I appreciated. Very kind family business owners! They definitely take care of their customers’ clothes. Oh also the price was very good/​cheap! :)

I took two dresses to Alice’s Alterations. I got both back within in a week, and the alterations were beautifully done! The prices were very reasonable. I will certainly be using the services here again.

This is a nice family owned alterations shop located next to Home Depot on Tower Rd. They are very nice, have a fast turnaround time, and do a great job. In addition to all of this their prices are reasonable (not likes some of the other shops in town — Ada’s) They have reasonable charges to hem pants, and all their other charges are very reasonable too. I definitely will continue giving Alice my business!
