Lynne Saunders is the best. From the very first day when she
showed us the house we knew we wanted to work with her. She
has excellent communication skills and really knows her business.
Through the 40 days it took from seeing the house to closing day
Lynne made us feel like she had no other customer besides us. She
answered phone calls, text messages, and emails almost instantly
every single time, and that alone makes her stand out already
because most other realtors would let calls go to their voicemails
and would keep you waiting for a reply.
Lynne answers all questions and doubts with respect, no matter
how silly they sound and has the gift to make you feel comfortable
and supported. We were buying our first house, so we had plenty
of questions and a lot of anxiety, but just having her as our realtor
made all the difference. Once we decided that we wanted the
house, she immediately found us a house inspector to come next
morning to check the house, and we signed a contract within hours
with her negotiating the price for us. Along the way there were
some other kind of inspections and repairs to be met to get the
loan, and Lynne was always outstandingly expedited in getting
everything done in no time. She is very knowledgeable of
everything real estate related and is a truly exceptional people’s
person you definitely want to work with when looking for a house.
On a personal note, Lynne made us feel supported, at ease, and that
she really cared. We thank her from the bottom of our hearts for
helping us buy our first house in the most personable manner. I
