Best sherbet ever. And the staff is amazing! Try the lime or orange freeze. They’re delicious:)

Good olé’ ice cream. So many choices but strawberry is my favorite on a homemade waffle cone, of course! Always had good service. They offer punch cards and sampling if you want. Seating is available, so you can enjoy it there.

Best ice cream in town! Have been going there since I was at gainesville highschool and 10 years later still the best. The owner Nick is a really nice guy and the prices are fair for what you get. Love the banansplits!

Outstanding Turtle Sundae’s! Walk up service only, but well worth it. Yum! Hot Fudge, Caramel, toasted salty pecans and whipped cream and cherry! Great service!

The best home-made ice cream you’re going to get in Gainesville! There are many flavors that change regularly and the fresh waffle cones taste delicious. If you compared the price here to the other Bruster’s in Georgia, you’d find that Gainesville has great prices. There is plenty of shaded seating for hot summer days and the staff is friendly and fast. They make it where you can see it so it’s easy to ask for more or less. They do great catering parties and even go to schools to sell there. The milkshakes are awesome!

The waffle cone was fresh and tasty, and the young lady that took my order was great. The ice cream was good, although there were almost too many pecans in my butter pecan ice cream to the point that it was a tad bit salty. I will agree with several previous posters about the parking lot. The store is easy enough to see, but if you miss the turn it can get dicy if there is any traffic. Just have your driving plan down, or take the long trip around the block. Generous portions at a fair price and it is ice cream!

An okay place for ice cream. Their parking lot was quite small and confusing, but, this is a place for an ice cream grab and go, not really for chilling. There are a few benches though if you wish to linger. Like any ice cream place, you can sample your heart out. There are unique flavors that I wouldn’t advise just buying and go: purple dinosaur or pumpkin cheesecake for instance. The staff was cordial enough with no issues. Oh. Use Gainesville High School as your landmark if you’re unsure of this place’s exact location.

Since the abrupt closing of the Atlanta Hwy location, we had to find a new place to score Brusters ice cream when the mood hits. Nearest location is this one in Gainesville, and they have the same ice cream choices as the Brusters we were used to. The employees are friendly, and the ice cream is good. It’s not the BEST ice cream I’ve ever had, but it seems to be the best in this area anyhow. Their prices are reasonable, and the choices are varied enough that pretty much anyone can find something they’ll like, but not so lengthy that you can’t make a decision. I highly recommend a peanut butter cup sundae, and if they happen to have Blue Monster ice cream in stock, that’s a delicious change from the standard flavors. I definitely enjoyed that last night! Vanilla ice cream(dyed blue) with oreo cookies and cookie dough chunks — good thing I don’t eat there too often! We make Brusters trips about a monthly occasion, and we’ve been to this location probably 4 or 5 times in the last 6 months, and have never had a bad experience. Will be back again. :)
