Absolute garbage.
We had these unprofessionals clean our house to get it ready for renters. The maid service was fine; the house was clean when they were done. However, they threw away some things I had left in my house that were very obviously not trash. When we called to ask where these things were, they said they got thrown away and we should have known to tell them not to throw these items away, and that all their other customers know to do this. As this was the first time I had used a cleaning service, I had no idea about this and they did not do any sort of first timer questioning. They just rolled in there and threw some rather unique things away that cannot be replaced.
They quoted us one price and then overbilled us by $ 50. We sent a check to their PO box, and three weeks later they were sending us past due notices because they don’t bother to check their own PO box for payments.
They do not return emails. We have emailed them a number of times and they MIGHT respond on a Friday, which we were told is the only time they look at their inbox, but they respond by phone only.
How these incompetent people managed to incorporate, let alone manage to have employees and continue operating, is beyond me. Their general attitude is awful, they have no thought to providing quality service, have no empathy if they screw up, and are generally apathetic to any complaints.
Don’t bother with this company unless you don’t mind someone treating you like you’re as stupid as they are. They did a good job with the actual function of cleaning, but the service, attitude, scheduling, and billing portions of the organization are completely unacceptable.
