Best chic Fil A! When I was eating vegetarian for couple months I would order fruit and yogurt, one of the employees questioned me said I was being so healthy, and I told him I didn’t eat meat, he said oh! Well why don’t we make our breakfast burrito without any meat for you then! It was so nice that he offered and they were able to make it meat free for me! I love this chic Fil A. Everyone is nice and the food is always great.

Went here after Chipotle completely dropped the ball.
As it usually is when it comes to Chick-​Fil-​A, everything was perfect. Lines were short, service was perfect, food arrived promptly and was great, and dinning area was clean.

Used them for a party outstanding service fast friendly highly recommend. Food is good and good selection.

This is hands down the best Chickfila I’ve ever been too. From the attitudes to the quick customer service, this place is stellar every time I go. I’ve been going for well over 5 years and the managers and staff always greet me with a smile and small talk.

They are not the typical «fast food» restaurant. Their food is delicious, and the staff is incredibly friendly. Aside from Carousel and Coldstone, I think they are the only place in Warrenton to get a decent milkshake. Also, my mother and son enjoy the various community projects they are involved in.
We just had my son’s 11^th birthday party catered by them in our home. I ordered one large tray of the chicken strips and one large mixed sandwich tray (with chicken salad sandwiches and grilled chicken wraps). I made a vegetables and dip platter and we had a few other sides. Both the children and the adults loved the food.

I’ve been coming to my his Chick-​fil-​a for years and the food has consistently been quick and of high quality. Also, as like all of the restaurants I’ve been to, the cashiers are the friendliest people I’ve ever met in a fast food establishment. Keep up the amazing service!

I can’t say enough about this location! I have always had a pleasant experience at this Chick-​fil-​A. I like to go in for lunch with my son and I must say even he, a nine year old has noticed how great customer service is. If we ever go anywhere else I always hear him comment on comparison. The drive thru is very fast and the employees very well-​mannered. Always clean and food is fresh! They are not stingy with sauces like other places.

I know that all Chick Fil a’s are great but this one is amazing! The staff is so friendly and attentive and they keep their drive thru running very fast. Blows McDonalds out of the Water!

In general, a good Chik Fil a, then again how many really terrible ones even exist? My only complaint is that I’ve gone here multiple times to grab lunch with my fluffy golden retriever in the backseat and 2 of the times I had to deal with this girl SHRIEKING, dropping my food and running off behind the window somewhere and another person had to then pick up my food off the counter and hand it to me because she can’t get it together enough to hand me my food. Are you kidding me? I understand you have a fear of dogs, fine. But if you are in a drive thru window where people may bring their dogs in the back seat, at least try to keep yourself composed enough to give me my damn food before you have a meltdown. Totally unprofessional, insulting and quite frankly idiotic.

Great food, poor management and disrespectful treatment makes for a bad experience.
There is always a line at this location, but unlike most, they seem to think that the customer’s time is not valuable
Several weeks ago I was here, and after waiting in a long line and getting to the cashier, had a manager tell the cashier he needed access to the register preventing me from placing my order. He had some sort of clerical thing to do, and thought nothing about me standing there waiting for him to do whatever was more important than my business. When I asked to see the store manager (this was an assistant) his only response was he would take my order now. I walked out rather than reward disrespect.
After a call to the corporate office, I was assured that this would not happen again. Today I (against my better judgement) decided to stop at this location again. Again there was a long line, and the place appeared to be disorganized I stood in line and when I was the next customer to be served, the cashier who had just finished taking another customers order looked at me, and walked away from her register. She started restocking cups, making several trips to the back. The cashier who finally took my order was good, but when I asked to the manager, and told him that this was the second and last time that I would darken their doorway, he tried to tell me how wonderful the clerks were, and how they were «good people»
The problem at this location is the manager. He does not put customer service first, and he wanted to argue with me about the way I was treated.. I love Chic-​Fil-​A, and will go out of my way to visit one, but I would not go back here if they were giving free food and $ 100 bills away.

I love this place! It’s super busy whenever I’ve stopped in so I feel lucky to get anywhere near it for breakfast. Never a bad experience, knock on wood? Nah, just a great staff. Good job, guys. Keep up the great work! Love it:)

I’ve never experienced anything bad at any Chick Fil A. The food is always great + the staff is always friendly. With the exception of one or two. But overall it’s great. Their wrap is really good, too.

The chicken is fabulous. Wonderful sauce.
Very crowded around lunchtime.

Always love this place. All the employees are always courteous, but this time I got home, and you guys forgot to put the top bun on my sandwich… lol you still get all your stars. I just thought it was funny.

This place is always really busy but they are always really fast and friendly, the great customer service you should expect from any chick Fil a. I have gone many many times and they pretty much always get my order right and I order a bit of a custom sandwich.

This was my first time here. After hearing so much about the place, it was EXTREMELY busy and it was only noon, I knew there must have been some truth behind the rumors of it being so good. It was Everything I had hoped for and more. It was phenomenal, if I can say that about fast food.
The chicken was fresh, the bun was fresh, the pickles tasty and the strawberry shake topped it off.
I was impressed with the staff at how organized and friendly they were even when under pressure from a busy lunch crowd on a weekend. Can’t wait to go back!

Funny as it may sound. This is my 1^st time at Chic-​Fil-​a restaurant. WOW what a difference from traditional fast food!!! The food is fast. The food is great! And the service, (yes they have employees that know what customer service is!!) is outstanding. Definitely a regular stop for a quick food break. The restaurant is always clean and people/​customers all seem happy to be here.

I think that this Chick-​Fil-​A must have scoured the NOVA area, searching for the 6 friendliest people in the world to work the AM shift and brought ‘em into work.
The food is obviously delicious. It was ready and handed to me before I was even finished paying somehow. The water in the soda line wasn’t working, so they gave us free bottles of water. And the food is obviously delicious.
Particularly recommended stop on the road from DC to Cville

The staff is very friendly and I absolutely love the «my pleasure» slogan that they utilize often.
The drive thru is super fast and so is order in service. I’ve never had to wait long for my food.
The restrooms are clean and well maintained.
Seating inside is plentiful and they have seating outside.
I visited on the Friday before Memorial Day and they had lots of painted windows honoring our Military. Flags were on every table and even the poles that guide the cars using drive thru.
What more can I say? They hit the mark every time!
