I hope their monitoring is more responsive than their sales team. I left my contact info on their website and got an automated response that we would be contacted – never heard from anyone. Called their office to speak to someone in sales and was told that no one was available at that moment but a sales person would return my call before the end of the day.. .no one called back. Finally went to their office, met a «live» salesperson and made an appointment for them to come out and give us an estimate. The salesperson came out to the house and we asked them to email us the proposal. Well, it’s been 6 days and we still haven’t received anything! Guess they don’t want or need anymore business… so don’t waste your time trying to do business with them!

These people are amazing. They truly care about keeping families and businesses safe. They have all the same technology as the big, national companies, but they’re local so they can actually take time to talk with you. Definitely give them a try.

What a DISASTER!
Have been trying to get monitoring relocated from old house to new house. This has been going on for OVER NINETY DAYS! YES, you saw correctly, not 9 days. but more than 90 days!
(Seriously. It isn’t rocket science.)
This company has falsely indicated to Guardian that the system in my new house (which is not in the state of Florida) was installed. IT WAS NEVER EVER EVER INSTALLED. We never signed off on a work order accepting the «new» system at our new address.
They never return calls. They never call back when they say they will. They make promises and do not keep them. All I’ve heard is lies, lies, lies!

Got few quotes for HUNDREDS of $$$ to replace my existing alarm system to fit the monitoring companies system I approached. Called Crime Prevention, and had a new one installed at no charge, with $ 22 a month monitoring fee for 3 yr contract. Work was done next day. Sales person as well as installer were super nice. Liked the smooth transition. Thank you ! Doron
