Always slow!!! Unless you come by after dark there is a line at the drive thru as well as at the pharmacy inside. They desperately need to hire more people or fix whatever is making it slow.

This location is pretty okay. I don’t particularly like it very much since this area attracts the «stranger» characters. I mean. It is near a major hospital so why not?
The staff here is decently friendly enough, but nothing too wowing. I’ve experienced a couple of really friendly encounters, but I hardly visit here anymore to keep up with the staff.
And I might be a bit strange in writing this, but the lighting at this location is too bright! I’m not one of those strange folks who goes around noticing the oddest thing, but I’m sitting here pondering why I would rather visit the Oakwood location versus this one. One of the reasons is because of lighting. I guess I like a homely (not particularly dim) atmosphere with just the right balance of lighting.
Overall, this is an okay location. There’s always a constant stream of people coming in and out. I guess with it being near a juvenile holding facility and being semi near the more dilapidated area of Gainesville (masked behind the prettier business buildings, firehouse, & restaurants) that the strange folks do frequent here.

Super busy downtown location. Fantastic manager and staff. Reggie who staffs the front checkout is the best checkout person I’ve seen in the company. She is always friendly and sports a smile to whoever walks in the door.
The store just went through a major remodel to refresh the entire sales floor, restrooms and pharmacy. Service is fast and friendly but remember this store is busy!

Quick and easy.

Maybe it was just a bad day, but this visit for me was not positive.
The four employees in the pharmacy ignored me for at least 10 minutes while chatting on their cell phones. When another customer came to the register they were served before I was as I stood right next to them. Then anther customer came and the same thing happened.
