So disappointed in this company. I am a loyal customer and had already had a full conversation with my sales rep-Jennifer Bostic-as well as management-Kim something-about our upcoming event because there were some complicated pieces. At first they made me feel very at ease that they would help take care of everything so I did not reach out to any other companies. They sent me a contract and based on that, our in depth conversation, and the fact that we are repeat customers, I expected them to be in touch with next steps. I heard nothing further from them, so the next time I reached out they had given my restroom trailer to somebody else and had NONE left. WHAT!!! I guess they don’t need our $ 4,500 and loyal customer status means nothing these days. NEVERAGAIN

Don’s Johns treats little customers like big customers. I’m sure they’re putting dozens or hundreds of johns on sites for construction and festivals, but I only use them for 1 john each year for a standing event at my house(on a busy holiday weekend). I’ve worked with other companies and contractors that don’t seem to value the business of smaller customers as much as those that spend thousands of dollars — that’s not the case with Don’s Johns. I never feel like my little order is an inconvenience to them. Each year the service is fast, courteous, and helpful. I don’t live in an easy location to deliver either — my house is more rural, but I’ve never incurred any extra delivery charges or fees. Every year drop off and pick up is exactly as promised without any hitches. The john itself has always been clean and well-stocked. Worthy of mentioning again is that every representative I’ve ever spoken to in person or via email has been super courteous and helpful. The way they do business reduces my stress helps my event go more smoothly.
