I agree with earlier reviews of this Dunkin’ Donuts. Rude, slow service …
Good iced coffee though and right next to the copy center that I frequent.

Horrible service. Girl with very long hair that almost reaches her butt is very very rude. If I owned a business I would definitely not want someone like that to work in it. She does not even acknowledge customers or assist them when they arrive. The guy that worked with her as well had very bad customer service we had been waiting for one of them to attend to us yet they ignored us while thy helped someone new that had arrived. Both of them should not be working there. Will never go back

Sometimes rude, sometimes sweet — it depends on the person, and doesn’t matter very much. Coffee is standard Dunkin Donuts, so’s everything else. But the pastries are usually well stocked, and it’s so goddamn fast, even at peak time, like afternoon happy hour with $ 1 coffees.

This location is very convenient to campus and is just a few steps away from my place. I’ve usually gotten iced coffee during their happy hours, but I’ve realized that their sandwiches are great too. Hungry and on a tight budget, I got an excellent chicken biscuit, hash browns, and a mango passion fruit coolatta for around $ 5. I will miss this place when I leave.

Dunkin Donuts is my life style, my love, my passion, and my reason to live. The cashiers are so sweet and willing to make recommendations.

Rude, rude, rude! I went here to get some ice cream to go, and from the start, I was greeted by the cashier with eye rolling and a pissed off demeanor. I asked for a single scoop of one flavor and a double scoop of another flavor, but this was clearly too much for her. She rung me up while another girl scooped, and they were unable to communicate with each other. The cashier asked me not once, not twice, but three times which flavor I wanted for the single scoop. All three times I answered ‘rainbow sherbet’. I get in the car and discover that she had given me vanilla. I definitely did not go out of my way to this location to order… vanilla.
Also, before I left with my purchase, the girl who was scooping says to me, «Just so you know, we order here by scoop, not by cup.» I’m not sure exactly what that means, but I do know that when I placed my order I did ask for ‘a double scoop’ and ‘a single scoop’. Just how their menu describes.
I will never be returning to this location, not only because my order was incorrect, but mostly because of the lack of respect I received from the employees. The manner in which I was treated, as a paying customer, was appalling and infuriating.

Great place to study between classes. Wifi, coffee, laptop outlets, decent bathroom, comfortable college atmosphere, close to the business college. I personally always love the old fashioned donut, which is also way better than Krispy Kreme’s. For breakfast you ought to try the steak bagel, it is surprisingly tasty from a mainstream coffee chain and I would love to eat it again.
