I have rented cars at this location before. Usually, I receive a car that has a full tank of gas. This time the car only had a half tank. Interestingly, the office is located in the same complex as a filing station!
Usually, the staff is friendly and glad you were renting from Enterprise. This time, during pick-​up, I did not feel that appreciation. However, during the return portion the staff was great! And, by the way, it is difficult to guess a half tank of gas. I had to top off the tank with $ 4.08 of gas to make it half full!
The car was fine. It seemed clean and ready. I just thought the pick-​up phase was not up to Enterprise standards

Does not work with military! I am active duty and came home on leave with my family to visit my hometown and was treated like garbage by Jeremy at this location. Would not rent to me without proof of Alachua County Residence, which I obviously don’t have as I am not stationed in Alachua County. Ridiculous! So disappointed in this location!

My daughter had a collision and her car was receiving body work for 2 weeks. Our insurance provided a rental, so we went to Enterprise on Williston and SW 34th street.
Marquis Braithwaite was smiling at the service counter when we walked in. He was extremely helpful and efficient. He helped us chose the most appropriate rental to fit our family’s needs. Our insurance covered the entire rental. Marquis was there when we returned the rental and remembered us. He was again very helpful and courteous.
I would recommend Enterprise Car Rental on Williston Road to anyone needing their service. Ask for Marquis!

Unprofessional and rude staff. Dirty vehicles. Will be calling corporate office.
Didn’t pick me up on time. Left me waiting for a clean vehicle forever then gave me a smoking smelling car that looked filthy.

There are few times in life when getting a rental car after an accident is a positive rxperience. But: BAM! This place is awesome. From the moment I was picked up at my doorstep till the moment I left, the friendly staff at this Enterprise were truly exceptional. They were friendly, courteous, and remarkably funny even though it was late and close to a holiday (Christmas). I literally wanted to hang out with these sales associates after working with them — its just ridiculously refreshing to have good, in-​person customer service in Gainesville.

Convenient location near the interstate, if you don’t need something at the airport. I didn’t (as a local resident), and this Enterprise worked out perfectly for me. Efficient and super-​friendly staff who actually made the pick up and return process a pleasant experience. I’ll definitely be coming back the next time a rental car is in my plans.
Don’t let the small size fool you; this location is big on service and convenience. Highly recommended.

Good location, great staff. Took a car for four days and everything was smooth. The only thing that was a downer for me was the young renter fee (age less than 25) which actually applies for any enterprise location. But other than that, it’s pretty good.
