**Updated Review**
Following my original purchase, I took the machine home and began to work out. My excitement at the beautiful rowing machine was tempered quickly as the rope came loose and I ended up holding a handle which had come completely detached from the machine.
I’m not sure if this was a result of being poorly assembled (by Gym Source) or if it’s a defect with the rowing machine itself. In any case, that is for someone else to figure out as the item was returned for a full refund.
I’m leaving my review at 3 stars because the salesmen were very honest and did everything to try to correct the issue. Really, they are the only reason this is 3 stars and not 1 star.

Just purchased a rowing machine. The salesman was honest from the beginning. He was knowledgeable and resourceful. After looking around and comparing prices, I decided that I liked the unit at Gym Source. They worked with me and gave me a fair price.

I was in the market for a treadmill and wasn’t sure I’d get the attention I wanted from the sporting goods super store. Having never owned one before I had plenty of questions. I chatted with the salesman and told him about my situation and constraints. He helped me narrow down my choices to two models, by the same maker. A week later I came back with proper shoes to try them both out. After the test runs I made my decision and setup delivery. The delivery was scheduled for just two days later, awesome. The delivery department contacted me the day before delivery with a time window (3 – 7). The installation itself was quick but they missed the window by an hour and didnt call to say they were going to be late, until they were already 45 minutes late. An update anytime during the window would have been appreciated.

We were recently in the market for an elliptical, and this place came up in a search for a local place, so I decided to give it a try.
Our sales associate was extremely helpful, and showed me several different options. We decided to go for an Arc Trainer rather than a classic elliptical, and she gave me some great info to take home to my SO.
On our second trip in, we decided to purchase, and the process was really easy. They were able to handle multiple forms of payment (our insurance was covering part of it,) and they have financing options which was really helpful. They do charge for delivery, but we were able to make an appointment at a great time and have it set up. I would definitely come back here to purchase another piece of equipment!
