We couldn’t be happier with our new door. Installation is perfect and beautiful. Barry comes across as a perfectionist and seems to demand the same for everyone who works for him. The results show it. Heather guided our choices well and couldn’t have been easier to do business with. I can’t imagine being more satisfied.

We found them to be a very unprofessional company and we have no confidence in the doors they installed. They arrived an hour late for the estimate appointment and well over two hours late for the installation appointment, We find them very difficult to work with. In addition to their late arrival they failed to complete the work as scheduled and wanted full payment before the job was done. Their man got furious when I refused to prepay. He also told me to arrange with the City for the final inspection, but the City confirmed he had to do this.
