Hill’s Bar-B Que & Catering

As good as it gets!
I was visiting FL from VA for my Grandmother’s birthday. There were 30 plus guests so my Uncle had the party catered. Just them pulling up, everyone was in awe, nothing like a kick ass train looking grill to cook and prepare all the food on!
A young man came by himself, set everything up, cooked all the food, even had conversation with all the guests. I can’t remember his name, but he was very professional, everyone was blown away how he managed to cook and set up all the food just by himself!
okay, to the important part. the FOOD
The food was phenomenal, best BBQ i’ve ever had! best mashed potatoes I’ve ever had! Everyone was too busy saying how good the food was while we were eating, it was hard to talk about anything else!
I wasn’t part of planning this event, so i have no idea the pricing. I can only imagine that it was worth every penny. Highly recommend!
Make sure you get the mashed potatoes!

I had never heard of Hill’s BBQ & Catering until I attended a graduation party that was catered by Hill’s. I’m sorry to say that I wasn’t involved in the planning so I don’t know about the pricing, but I was impressed with both the food and the service. The fried grouper and tartar sauce were extremely addictive, the smoked chicken had a great flavor, and all the sides were tasty too. I would definitely consider booking Hill’s for an event of my own in the future.
