My fiancé chose this store to rent tuxedos for our wedding recently. He has shopped at this store many times. Unfortunately, because of poor communication with the management team, his tux was not there on time and his shoes were the wrong size! They had a month to get it right! We were inconvenienced, and didn’t need this stress on our wedding day. They did get another tux in, but not the shoes. Extra running around for us!! I’m sorry” is not acceptable! I would never recommend this store for renting tuxedos for special occasions!

I went into this store a couple weeks ago in desperate need for a three piece suit for a wedding I was going to attend the following week. I was assisted by Danny T., he listened to all my needs and got me everything I needed. The vest I wanted wasn’t available in my size so he ordered it from another location. I was amazed by how early the suit was ready to be picked up and the vest arrived at the store days before the wedding. Overall, I was very satisfied with the customer service and the suit fit perfectly. I will be returning for my next suit purchase.

For the amount of time and money spent here acquiring multiple suits, I was quite disappointing in the service and final product. This was my first experience with this company and the only thing that saves them from getting one star is that the young lady who initially waited on me was great. We had difficulty getting the suits altered appropriately and they were delivered with bits of thread hanging off them and we had to request that they take them back and steam them neatly. There was a mistake in one of the alterations and I got the impression the seamstress was bothered bu having to do it right. You won’t get the impression that you are important to them here. Shop elsewhere where you might be better appreciated.

Dealing with not only this store and this company for any form of customer service has been APPALLING! I rented a suit for my son for my brothers wedding in May 2015 in March and have been dealing with nothing but headaches since! On April 1st I received an email stating that the suit was ready for pick up at this store — which is obviously a bit early for the May wedding. I called the store shortly after receiving the email and spoke with a very rude male employee. I voiced my concerns about the email and the possibility of the date being wrong in the system. I was told«those emails go out incorrectly all the time and there is no kids suit there.» When I asked about checking the date in the system it seemed as if I was causing a major inconvenience and he told me «it was right.» So I got a call from the same store on Monday April 13th stating the suit was STILL at the store and needed to be picked up. When I explained I had called earlier this month about it she said that indeed the suit was there and the date in the computer was for a wedding THIS weekend(April not May)!! I was told the suit would be at the store and my son could come to try it on to ensure the fit is correct for next month. When I told the man at the register what I was there for — again a rude attitude — I had a card grabbed and shoved at me saying basically«its not here and take this if you are charged again.» Well my showing up at the store was not about money or being charged twice, I went to the store since the suit was supposed to still be there so it could be tried on to ensure size. So I was handed to another male employee who went two times to check and no suit was found. Trying to figure out what was going on my information was taken down and I was told I would be called and made aware of what happened since nothing could be found and to also ENSURE me that the date in the system was for May **th so I would have the suit when it was needed. As of MAY8th no one has called, I emailed a complaint on 04-15-2015, have called customer service 4 times and was supposed to hear from a Regional Manager over a week ago. This store and company as brought customer service to a new low and I wish I had never given them a dime of my money.

Some of the worst customer service I have ever recieved. One gentlman thought he was too good to wait on anyone. If they didn’t have good products I would have left.
