McDonald’s

Staff is really bored and rude. Not pleasant experience. I believe in being fair, rating an establishment within it’s «category,» in this place, routine fast food. But when the person taking our order had an overflow of what I can only call attitude, including the way she slammed across the floor, and practically threw our empty cups at us, I see this as inappropriate for any category. Then our two double cheeseburgers were cold, the bun was stale — and to top it all off the Diet Coke was flat. What was good about the experience? There were enough napkins and straws, which hasn’t been the case in every McDonalds of late. Basically, I’m saying avoid this one if you can.

Was just treated very rudely and condescended to by the drive thru person.
There is only one wrap listed but the lady treated us like idiots for not knowing the answer to «which wrap?» and then «what kind of wrap?».
Terrible attitude the whole time.
I know it’s just a McDonald’s, but I’ve been to others even here in town that don’t actually treat you rudely.

Service here is a joke. Staff is rude and ignorant of what customer service should be. (Gave my sandwich to someone in drive through and then spent 10 minutes arguing with me that they made my sandwich. Yeah, so? You didn’t give it to me!). Don’t ask for a frappé because the machine is always «broken». And when it isn’t you will be asked to drive up and wait, up to 8 minutes last time, for them to walk it out to you. (My wife is addicted to these!). Inside, no catsup. Try telling a 3 year old no catsup for his fries. Not even any of the 50 year old packets! Straws and napkin dispensers not filled. Floors mopped with dirty water? IDK but it smells. I have two grandchildren and this is their fast food of choice so I’m stuck between a rock and a stomach ache!

Fascinating experience! I hadn’t been to McDonald’s since the big changes took place. McDonald’s corporate realizes that super low end fast-​food is losing market share to Chipotle-​type «healthy» alternatives, so McDonald’s is trying to go classy. The new décor is quite modern, but reminds me of my days in the pen where all tables and chairs are bolted the floor so the inmates don’t go all Stone Cold Steve Austin and smash then on other people’s heads. The corners are a bit sharp, so I have visions of the other diners getting some pretty nasty gashes from their head wounds and lots of blood everywhere. The chandeliers make me even more nervous because I can see the customers swinging with flying kicks forcing me duck and cover while I nibble on McNuggets in ranch dipping sauce. There were three guys ages 5, 14, and 20 y/​o all with dreads at the counter ordering. Their hip hop dance moves were epic and lover and I were trying to figure out if it was three brothers or a son of the 20 y/​o and a brother of the Dad. It was very confusing. Oh yeah, food. McNuggets were addicting, McDonald’s ranch dressing dipping sauce was awesome, but the Newman’s Own ranch they gave me for my salad was ROUGH. They added $ 4 for a drink and fries to make it a meal when it would have been $ 3 to just add the items separately, so I was a bit confused at the McMath… An OK experience, but my tummy hurt a LOT after my meal, 3 stars.

This McDonalds was recently renovated. It looks clean and modern, which is a drastic change from the neighborhood surrounding it.
The drive thru also has a new feature in that if it takes longer than 1 minute from the payment window to the pick up window, your food is free. To prove this, they hand you a plastic timer at window 1, which you return at window 2. It would be pretty hard to mess this up, unless you order something super special or that is not on the menu, or if you are a lucky person and there is a car in front of you who had a large load of children with gluten and peanut allergies who require specially cooked food. Then you may be able to get free food.
But, of the times I have visited, they are quick. So, don’t get your hopes up for free grub.
All in all, your typical updated McDonalds.
