We paid these people in advance for lawn care that was never delivered. They agreed to cut our grass on a monthly basis. First, the guy who gave us the estimate said the grass would be cut on an as-​needed basis, but we later discovered they don’t cut anyone’s grass more than twice a month. Then, they sent us a bill claiming they had cut our grass the first time, when they hadn’t. Then, in July, we paid in full (which for them means you pay for the month in advance), and they only cut our grass once, yet claimed they had been here twice. We got the run around from their front office for the better part of two weeks. We’ve lost time, money and are beyond frustration. I would not recommend them.
