Connection is a curious thing, and this yoga studio seems to do it naturally. My Yoga Connection is an intimate space where the classes feel more like private lessons. The teachers do a wonderful job explaining the impact of certain moves on the mind and body, and provide very useful adjustments. I also appreciate that the teachers were more than happy to share specific routines for home practice. I hope and expect that MYC will outgrow its space in the coming year.
