Natural Juice Cafe

This place has healthy food and a lot of options. The serving sizes are generous which I like since I am a bigger guy. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because of the hours. I would probably make this place a regular for my wife and I if they stayed open longer.

Love the fresh ingredients and option to customize! The guys were great and offered to let me sample before finishing to see if I wanted to add a sweet fruit (since I omitted the cane sugar). Sounds like they also have stevia as an alternative to sugar if that’s your jam. A little hard to find but worth the search. It’s behind the front strip of stores in the athletic building. Will remember this place when in the area again.

Growing up in Santa Monica, CA and having lived in New York City for 13 years, I’m used to a wealth of delicious, healthy options that are not typically available in Georgia. This spot has surprisingly great options and weekly specials! Plenty of gluten-​free, dairy free options available!

Our new favorite place to eat. Our family decided to try this place out after searching for local vegetarian options.
I had the black bean burger and a cup of the coconut curry squash soup. It was very hearty and not dry like some veggie burgers I’ve had in the past. My wife had the avocado egg salad sandwich. If you like egg salad sandwiches, then you’ll love this. We split a 50 Shades of Green juice that was a very good green juice. My oldest daughter got the salad bar and got seconds (a rare thing for her). She also got the very berry smoothie («best smoothie ever»). She even asked if we could come back for her birthday. My youngest, who is very picky, just shared everyone else’s food and got fruit and a mango strawberry smoothie. My wife and I went back and ordered a Average Joe smoothie (strawberry, mango, pineapple, peach, banana, unsweetened almond milk).
Everything was delicious, not heavy, and had a fresh lightness to it. There are also options with meat which is nice when we want to bring friends who aren’t vegetarian. This is now our new go to lunch spot.

Wow! How haven’t I discovered this place sooner?! I visit Gainesville a lot from Atlanta and always crave a healthier option when I’m here. Well, in a little southern town like Gainesville, it’s more biscuits and gravy and less raw veggies and juice. But, little did I know, Natural Juice Café was hiding in plain sight the whole time!
This little café is a bit secluded and is tucked away in what used to be an old gym and is now a menagerie of sorts which includes the café, a running and biking store, a massage studio, and a little design shop. Not only can you enjoy the food, but you can get a massage, have your bike repaired, and replenish your stationary collection all on your lunch break!
My first meal here was the California Turkey sandwich on gluten free bread and a side spinach salad. Fresh carved turkey, spinach, and avocado, on a delicious gluten free bun that didn’t crumble to pieces in my hands like so many gluten free breads do. I opted for the Dijon vinaigrette instead of the yogurt dressing they typically use and it was wonderful. I had the superfood salad and a 50 Shades of Green juice on my next visit. It was all incredible, fresh, and made to order.
They get a little busy during lunch, since it’s a small place, so go early or later if you can. The staff there is incredibly friendly and happy to make accommodations if you’re like me and have to be complicated (no dairy, no gluten!). I know I have a lot left on the menu to try out (and I will!), like the smoothies and delicious looking baked goods! The food is wonderful here. I’ve eaten many of their menu items and have never been disappointed. Each week they offer specials and these special allow a great opportunity for me to try something new.
One of the coolest things about this café is the atmosphere of the building they are in.

My go to order is treehugger sandwich. I love the fresh ingredients. Food quality is consistent. Owners are friendly. Black bean humus is awesome. Smoothies are good. Not crazy about the bean burger. Will go there again for sure.

Love this place. Who sees a place like this in gainesville? Love it even more for that. Owners are super nice people and ahead of their time putting this place here. It’s nice to see this amongst a sea of zaxbys that a healthy option is out here. Food was fresh, fast and they were very accommodating to my custom juice order. If they have the ingredients they’ll make it for you. This is a business worth supporting. Eat better. Feel better. This is your spot.

I enjoyed my smoothie that I ordered and my son really liked his juice. The menu looked really good but we didn’t have time to have more then the drinks when we stopped by. The staff is extremely friendly. The owner is very knowledgable and super helpful with questions. I will for sure be returning to some more yummy food. They had catered an event I went to and that was super delicious!

Vegetarian, gluten free, and vegan options. Juice menu is amazing, alkaline water. Perfect addition to the Gainesville dining scene and totally what this city was missing!!! Absolutely my go-​to for healthy, clean food and a staple for the fitness crowd and any one else aware of their health and food!

The food was fabulous as was the service. My only issue was the temperature of the building. I know they have no control over that as this restaurant is part of a larger building. I love the organic and natural choices. The testers of Edens Secret skin care is a bonus! Even the water (that’s free) is alkaline! You won’t go wrong by choosing this place for lunch or even just a smoothie. I came here with a group of ladies and everyone just raved!

Really fresh food with a friendly staff. I got the 50 shades of green juice and the spinach salad (yum!). I gave this place four stars because I wish the salad was bigger for the price, and the atmosphere is a little weird because its inside a bike shop/​gift shop/​massage place strip mall kinda deal. However it is so refreshing to finally have a juice bar in Gainesville! I will be coming here again.

Well this is an interesting new addition to Gainesville Who knew people in the south knew what healthy was? Ok, that’s a joke, obviously, but seriously I was impressed to stumble upon this place when I Unilocaled where to get fresh juice. I got the 50 shades of green. It was good, but I would have gone with less apple, more healthy greens, but that’s just me. The best part, this place is ½ a mile from my parents house! Hopefully it’s still there the next time I go back to the south!
