New Scooters 4 Less

This place knows how to run a scooter shop. Customer service is incredible, the people are polite, the prices are competitive. They serviced my scooter and then bought if off of me when I was ready to leave Gville. The entire process was painless. Collin is the man. Buy your scooters here, people.

This place has taken a month and a half to fix my scooter. Originally I kept calling to see how long it’d take, the guy said about a week then I called after a week and then it was another week. Finally, at three weeks I asked what the heck was going on because this was ridiculous and what had been happening was they let my scooter sit there not even diagnosed because other people had agreed to pay $ 20/​hr more for labor. No one ever told me this until I finally asked what was going on. Then, I asked if I can just take my scooter back and that’s when they were like oh we’ll diagnose it asap, so they diagnosed it the next day and I approved the work. A couple days later the technician left a message asking to discuss some things. I called the number back and the number was disconnected and then I called the regular store’s number and there was no answer. I called again later and finally spoke with him and apparently in that time someone wrote that I approved to replace my entire tank and pay $ 80 more when the problem was just rust and something I could take care of myself, so not only were they trying to get more money, but they were still not working on my scooter because they needed to order this part that I didn’t approve. I told him just do what I originally agreed to and he said ok. Two more weeks have passed and I’ve called almost every day. Again I asked earlier this week if I could just take my scooter because I didn’t trust their estimates of when it’d be done again and this is again when they finally started doing something! It is still four days later though and my scooter isn’t ready to be picked up. I called Wednesday and he said it’d be done that day or the next day. I called Thursday and he said it’d definitely be done by the end of the day and I never got a call so I called again today (Friday) and they said I have to wait five hours to pick it up because he just put some chemical on it.
In all, I’m just frustrated and I wish I never brought my scooter here in the first place.
