Well I’ve had good experience and bad experience… Depending on which staff member I got. One major issue is that staff at this location don’t seem to understand its own reward system. They gave me wrong information (when I asked if I have to spend $ 10 in order to get ink recycle rewards, someone said no, so I did not get my rewards…) at one time… Then this time one guy told me that my reward will show up next month so I went back and there is nothing in my account! There were four guys in the printing area and when I asked when the reward will show up? They were like looking around, not able to answer my question at all, just told me «the system is not showing up. And… Just wait…» Without providing any solution…

I don’t know why this store gets such bad reviews. Everyone has their off days I’m sure. I’ve gotten nothing less than extraordinary service out of this place for the last year at least. The manager Tom took care of a defective HP ink cartridge with ZERO hassle or resistance. I came by today and they were out of an XL capacity cartridge I needed. He offered me 2 regular cartridges for the same price as the high capacity model. Again, ZERO HASSLES with this store. It’d be very difficult to get me to go elsewhere based on price alone. An added bonus, the cashier, Kimberly was so cute it made my knees buckle. She was a sweetheart to boot!

OK, the staff is not really the problem here, its the corporate philosophy that sucks it.
Wanna buy printer cartridges? Sure.
Want to return your old ones and get a small credit?
HO HO! Thats where the CLUSTER begins.
They give you a receipt that doesn’t actually note the 2 $ per unit you are supposed to get back. THEN they require you to create a profile and do a bunch of the crap you don’t want to do… like carry a card, give them all your personal info and remember another damned login and password. THE EMPLOYEE HELPING ME could not get it done in less than 20 minutes.
NO. F**K YOU. NO.
I WILL NEVER SHOP WITH THIS CRAP CHAIN AGAIN.
