Patchwork Designs (PDI) is a great place to go to get custom patches or silkscreening. They have great educational books that you can plan many events around, easily. I’ve personally used them for my brownie troop when I was a leader, and it was great to find all the information in one place.
Their designs are great and made 100% in-​house, you’ll never see anyone with the same design. They can also work with you on a design and make it look exactly the way you want. I’ve made many different patches with them, and have kept going back over the years.
The only problem with this company is that they’re a little small. They get a lot of business even though they don’t have a lot of workers, and they stress quality over speed. This is reflected in the turn-​around for silkscreening and patches, which take a 3 – 4 weeks receive from the time you finalize the design.
I personally like them because they’re local and reliable. When you call, you talk to real people, not an automated phone line. So, if there are ever any problems, a quick call or e-​mail will be solved immediatiely by a person.
