Premier Plumbing and Leak Detection

Appreciated Bob helping me with my septic issues very much!

Called on Monday, they came out on Tuesday. Had been told by a different company we would need to repipe to the tune of $ 4900! For a slab leak. Randy said there was no leak at all! Very grateful for honesty. Will keep them on speed dial for any future issues!

I should have trusted my instincts when he answered the phone «Hi, this is Bob» without stating the company name — that sums up the level of professionalism you’ll be dealing with. But I thought, they’re plumbers, what do you expect? Here’s how it spiraled down from there:
I had a clogged line where the water runs out of the washer into the ground. The first guy came out and thought he had fixed it, charged me $ 85. After he left I ran a load and it was backing up again. I called him and he said he would come back the next day to look at it again but never did. I called the next week and Bob said he would send his best guy the next morning. When I asked him what time he said first thing around 8 am. The plumber called me at 5 pm (at work) and said he was on his way there — again, this is the kind of professionalism you’ll be dealing with. The next day he showed up in the morning and tried to snake it out again, to no avail. At that point the plumber told me it would be $ 500-​$ 600 to bust through the concrete and redo the piping there, which I was skeptical about but if it has to be done it has to be done. So… I checked with my landlord and got the cost approved, and set up an appointment with Bob. Again, he said they would be out the next AM and I never heard anything from them, not a call, nothing.
After that I was done with them, but I eventually had to call them to try and get a copy of the invoice for the initial $ 85 that I spent to give to my landlord (mind you, nothing was fixed so it was a waste of $ 85). True to form, they don’t seem to have any record keeping system, and Bob could not look up the invoice. Eventually he sent me an email with a record of the transaction, but it was a generic text email — not exactly official, but that’s what you get with Premier — unprofessional, unofficial, disorganized. Steer clear of these guys.

No call, no show. I called early morning and was told someone would be at my house between 12PM-​3PM. I called at 2PM to confirm and was told they would call the guy out in the field then call me back. By 3PM after no response I called back again and was told no one would be able to come out. Worst customer service

These guys are awesome! I had a water leak either in the slab or the main line that feeds the house with water. Lucky me, it’s on my side of the meter! The crew was there when and as promised, ready to diagnose and repair the problem at hand. Shawn S. and his co-​worker were professional, polite, and hardworking guys. It turned out to be a leak between the meter and the house. It was fixed quickly, with minimal expense and everything put back as it was. The single best experience I’ve ever had with a plumbing contractor. 5 stars isn’t enough!
