They came back to clean what they missed and said they went over my kitchen really well. I opened my microwave for the first time since Friday when they cleaned and it’s FILTHY! I ordered the «extreme cleaning» package which is the highest available. This company has a name that implies perfection and detail. I have used 4 cleaning companies in town and they are the worst. Do you really want them in your house for four hours goofing off so they can run up your bill?!?

Was given this service as a birthday gift. The Pristine employee (they sent 1 person to clean a 1300 sq. ft house) really needs more education on cleaning. After being in my house for 3 hours, he had not successfully finished one room! Not sure WHAT he had actually done in those 3 hours. Disappointing…

Their 2 person team did a terrible job. One member of the team was inexperienced and spend over 1 hour cleaning a «clean» bathroom. Not sure what he had been doing. In addition, their cleaning was not thorough and had to be cleaned again after they left. Very disappointed and was a waste of my time and money.
