I have eaten here a few times… Not sure why this is my first check in? This place is friendly and my food has always come out fresh. Can’t go wrong with most Red Lobsters.

I never expect much out of a chain restaurant, but when our favorite seafood place in town was closed on date night we decided to give it a try. My boyfriend and I were seated right away only to wait over 5 minutes for a server. Then another wait for our drinks. Finally our order was taken and salads and bread came out shortly. Our waters were nearing empty at this point and I had intended to get a tea with dinner, but our server never came back. After a while we got our soup followed too closely by entrees. The food was good and we both enjoyed the meal. But finally I had to go track down a manager to get refills on water. As soon as we were finished the waiter magically appeared with the check and was all too eager to take our money. The lack of service really made our experience very unpleasant. I hope he was just having a rough night…

Great service! Great food! Best Red Lobster I’ve been to. Waiter was very attentive and had a great personality. Food was prepared well and served correctly. I will be coming back here more often.

Sub par food and service. Overall disappointed. the service stunk the desert was served on a hot plate which would have been good if it weren’t ice cream or should I say melted cream

Lobsterfest time. The food was good … good for a chain fish restaurant … but the overall evening was ruined by the«sLacklustre» performance of the waitress. Service can either make a meal, or ruin it. In this case, it was unfortunately the latter. The saddest part, the restaurant was only about one third full, and there seemed to be plenty of waitstaff. The catalog of horrors? We didn’t get silverware, even after asking three times, so I had to go capture some from their storage bin. We gave our order, and had two out of three meals, plus the appetizer, all come out wrong. We had one family member that sat there getting cold food, while the other two of us had to wait for a re-cook. We had to ask four times for cheese biscuits, geting an excuse each time as to why they were not available. We finally had the folks at the next table get a basket of biscuits from their(different) server, and they passed it over to us. Salads hit the table at the same tie as entrees. Refills? I had to go to the server stand and get them myself. Nothing went right, even though we were determined to have a nice evening out. I had to step out to the car during dinner to take a brief business call, and based on where we were parked, I could see RL employees out on break having a chat and a smoke. Guess where our server was? You guessed it! She was there when I got to the car, there the whole time I was at the car, and I beat her back into the restaurant. When she finally showed up, she reeked of cigarette smoke to the point that it was like being right next to an overflowing ash tray … while trying to eat dinner. Yuck! Definately not good eats … and definately not good service.

We went during Lobsterfest. Our service was pretty good, she was prompt and our order was correct — the manager made a stop by the table which was nice. The food was served hot and it was tasty. We went at about 5pm and by the time we left they were on a wait — so either get there for early bird special or expect a wait. It fills up quickly around dinnertime.

Stopped for the lunch specials on Saturday with friends. No waiting and the blackened flounder was great. The cheese biscuits were phenomenal.
